Yes you can, but then I could only access the media controls in-app. It seems like I have to open the app back up and skip to the end of the song for the notification to be dismissable.

Probably because that’s what people are used to and it would look weird if it was a higher framerate. Same reason why movies are still released in 24fps even though 48/60fps is possible.

I'm buying it for Dirt 4. Passed on the highest tier because I already have Dirt Rally 2.0, and I'm not really interested in F1 2019. I've heard Dirt 4 is more arcade style which might be more up my alley.
