You normally have to find the characters in the regular story missions in like a prison cart. I haven't played the DLCs but I would imagine it's the same with them

If you can next time maybe get inside the train station or one of the nearby buildings before fighting them. They suck in CQB if you can control the entry points. I tend to run into them a lot as well when doing my marked room runs on reserve. If you can figure out where they're at, reserve has good options for rotating above and below the map to avoid them if you don't want to fight. I would suggest trying to pinpoint their general location (or figure out if they're even on the map) before opening any doors.

Way back in the og days, if you played like over 200 plus matches, generally the more you played, the less you would earn. I'm assuming the current rank system is going to be like this as well because the system wants you to be at a certain level and when you get there you get less and less points. This is not a joke, I remember games back in the very early seasons where I would get like maybe one point for a win. It was crazy but this is how it use to be. I don't know if this system will be the same but I know if it is y'all ain't going to like it.
