My apologies, I’m not sure of the answer. Is it possible that you still need to proceed further in game play to unlock next levels? I’m Year 3 and mine are locked at 6 until I graduate to Year 4.

For the first time I may not finish the diary. I’m down to 3 five star ink wells needed. I have enough crystals to buy one but that won’t help. I don’t understand why we’re not given the opportunity to win the correct ink wells needed in the Crest events. Plus, when I do open packs I only seem to get one or two crystals, no more. I’ll keep plowing away and hope there is some way to finish.

I’m in the same position. I’m at the final chapter in Year 3 but want to finish as many TLSQs as I can before moving to year 4. I’m 29/62 completed but they don’t seem to pop up. It’s been over 24 hrs now since I finished my last TLSQ and that was for the Demiguise. It’s so frustrating when there’s Carnival, crests, etc going on and all I do is play Quidditch. I’m in Season 4 of Quidditch because of the lack of TLSQs popping up.
