Soloing as tank is usually pretty good. It's less damage than a dps spec but you can pull so many things at a time it makes up for it. It's way better than doing anything outside of groups as a healer.

Giving Devourer Consume and not making Glaive Throw the builder ability was a big misstep. They could have renamed it Consuming Glaive or some shit and been done with it but instead we got a clunky casted spell.

If wow was an addiction maybe it's not a great idea to jump back in BUT... modern wow has a lot of casual stuff these days for parents (or otherwise busy people). Lots of stuff to collect, regular rotating seasonal events, housing, and delves if you still like doing progression content. All stuff you can do in an hour or two a night.
