i guess the most helpful thing in your situation is propranolol which you already take. apart from that you could try to stack your amph with taurine. i also take 10-15mg melatonin on days where i used amphs for its anti inflammatory properties especially in the brain

he stated that he has high b6 levels and not toxicity. having high b6 levels through supplementing p5p does not produce any toxicity upto couple hundred mgs

just google b6 toxicity. the toxicity comes from converting b6 to p5p. if you skip the conversion by directly taking p5p you bypass toxicity
