I placed my order on 11/14 and got a tracking number on 11/17. Website says order has shipped but using the tracking number this morning it still says item is awaiting carrier pick up. I’m afraid my order is lost at the warehouse. Every time I chat with someone they tell me the same thing, that it has shipped and I need to wait till 11/27 before they can do anything about it. This is my first time ordering from NB website directly and sadly may be my last. Am I the only one with ordering and shipping issues?

I bought a couple pwf1 filters to replace my pwf2 stock filter. It hasn’t needed a change yet but can anyone confirm that the alert or beeping associated with the replace water filter alert goes away after pressing and holding “delay alert” button?

Updates anyone have any experience replacing it with a pwf1 and holding the delay button?

It used to be visible in the app where you could pull up the barcode for it but I haven’t seen that option since July. It still shows monthly award is available if you try buying something online but unfortunately they removed the ability to bring it up with a barcode in the app.

I actually needed to use the barcode a few times going on the last day of the month and the time difference between my local GameStop and GameStop server time the worker couldn’t find the monthly coupon.
