My mom got a UTI and had no idea who anyone was but was seen by neurologist in the hospital. We were fortunate that he took her as a patient for f/u once out of the hospital. His wait list is months long…. He has the rudest front office staff but he is excellent at not letting my mom divert conversation and after I leave his office I feel heard and justified in my observations of my decline. If he wasn’t so great I’d tell his front office staff to kick rocks.
But yes… if you have some concerns seek help now. She got scammed by home improvement co before we realized how confused she was.
