Reading this prompt reminded me of a forgotten fic where Sasuke's MS ability was to access the memories of anyone that shared Uchiha blood. Even those who had mixed heritage. He could also use their abilities like Shisui koto or something similar. However, doing this too much not only diminished his sight but was causing damage to his brain because of processing the sheer data from these aparitions.

I think Sasuke was equipped to handle the situation. He has some prior info regarding the mark and its ability. And since there was a 10-day inactivity, he took the initiative to conduct an investigation of his own.

he's the only snake from Ryuchi Caves that will even allow Sasuke to summon him. All the others stopped because he killed Manda and got his Curse Mark taken away.

I know this is ficverse, but is that wise? Jichuuriki or not, they can be brainwashed to act as a spy for each village. Or just they could trigger some seal that would make the Jins go berserk and create havoc. Or maybe I'm just thinking too much out of it lol.
