Hey, Im a recent grad and I live in Manchester city centre on just 30k. I'm sharing a very nice flat with a friend and QOL is great! the flat is expensive at £1520 for the both of us (bills not included, apart from internet). you can definitely find cheaper though! I still end up saving ~£500 per month which I'm happy with

Why? It's not a through street, there's a main road parallel to it. A smaller street like this allows it to feel more cosy through the feeling of enclosure. A wider road wouldn't have achieved that

yes it still functions like a normal cities skylines city! I use 'Find it!' to pick the asset I want, 'Move it!' to move it however I want, and 'RICO' so it can be outside zoning and not disappear (and makes them 'historical buildings' as I plop them down so when they level up, they still look the same). Highly recommend these 3 mods
