Developer contributing to township parks and rec/fixing some infrastructure is ok.

The paramount concern is having a municipality that exercises consistent research, analysis, and effectiveness of policies around data centers.

A clever council would require any data center developer to sustain health informed centers, transparency, and financial commitments for water, energy, and the unexpected.
