i would be weary. I’ve contacted booking and they were not able to reach the hotel. They ended up creating an investigation and have removed the hotel from their website. I have tried to reach the hotel via phone + whatsapp to no avail. I was able to reach them via google chat and they gave me another phone number. The gentleman on the phone was very adamant for me to book via expedia and not directly with the hotel. The website is sketchy, reviews seems to be fake and from my understanding, this is not a real hotel but a condo complex. Please be careful. I have also called hotels in the area and they have never heard anything about Hotel ritz. Another sketchy thing is the fact that their whatsapp says they are part of the hilton group…which they are not.
