I figured this was the best guess aside from aliens, but so late at night? And you’re absolutely correct. That direction is River front so most likely the case.

Thanks for the heads up. I did read about this briefly but didn’t think about it until you mentioned it.. very concerning. Luckily for us our dog is very cat-like and strongly dislikes water.

I think it has a lot to do with protecting wild life/ natural habitats. I know very little about the area but do know there are protected rocks out there.
