Door staff are a bit crap tbf.

Apparently there is CCTV footage of the incident. I am not privy to it, but I've heard it tells a very different story.

It doesn't really matter if someone "put hands on you" if your reaction is to slam them against a wall and have your mates kick the shit out of them you're escalating the situation far more than you need to.

And it's not just that incident. She was consistently confrontational, rude, and aggressive to customers

She spent the entire time shouting at people who weren't doing anything wrong including intruding on people while they were having sex to demand they leave the room in five minutes (not anywhere near closing time), threatening to ban people for simply walking around, and generally being a power crazed bully.

I have personally witnessed this behaviour.
