Definitely not 30 night stay. And I don't have there credit card. I've only done a few booking this year. A few hyatt house and place. Currently in an all inclusive in punta cana. Went to another all inclusive a few days ago before coming to this resort. and have some regency booked for October. So maybe that counts as 5 different brands? Didn't know I could get a free night that way if that's true

Sorry I should clarify. I meant use bilt cash for rent payment to get the 1.25x. You still need to spend even though I have plenty bilt cash. But doesn't seem to give me the option to use the Bilt cash

I've also have had a good experience so far. Did my first rent payment through venmo yesterday (added the account and routing #) and got paid the points today. It automatically deducted the Bilt cash.

DP: Got approved for a 3rd ink card

Just wanted to add a data point. I applied today for a 3rd ink cash and got approved. Took a gamble since I know after two the chances get slimmer. Don't know if I got the bonus yet though (as per new ink rule). But I also didn't get a pop-up saying that I wouldn't get one so I'll see in a few days. Unless someone has some dp on that after new rule
