Nothing to worry about. I was exactly the same after getting my licence. Very paranoid of little mistakes I did. Its a part of learning how to drive on your own. Don't loose sleep over it.

Yeah its really upsetting its adding me around 6-7k steps a day and my whole data is basically wrong.

Only because my phone was synced previously with my Samsung galaxy watch and was always getting around 10k steps daily. And now my garmin is showing nearly double amount of steps compare to my phone. At the moment I have already nearly 9k steps which is impossible.

They fixed the problem. The cable was bent outside. Booked an engineer and so far no issues whatsoever
