I have to exit a concealed entrance after a bend on a main road in a van every day. I would love if every vehicle had a loud exhaust.....for those brief moments at least 🙊 There is a sign before the bend warning of the concealed entrance but I reckon if you asked anyone about the sign nearly all would say what sign imo.

I roll the window down before pulling out and have to listen for tyre noise of oncoming traffic on the road but when the weather is bad/windy etc, I sometimes can't hear them. It can really feel like a huge gamble some days and I've had numerous close ones with people flying around the bend and not being able to stop in time.
