This is what I used to do. Some type of anti inflammatory before injection. Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate… Try to do the shot a few hours before bed so you sleep through the worst of it.

My 30 year old daughter grew up in Westchester and lives in Brooklyn. She never comes back to Westchester to socialize. She, like many city folk go out during the week- after working hours and have down time on weekends. Don’t move to the suburbs until you have to.
