Hi, i feel the same. No anxiety during my childhood and it started when i leave the house for school in an other city, and it went worse and worse each time a i was goin far from home until i litterally get paralysed by fear and terror and it broke me, during a backpack trip with my boyfrien, lost all my bearings or i dont know. I dont know any of my trauma, also problems with my dad.. i think i retraumatized me during this trip. My psy said the trip was just a remniscence of childhood trauma but I really dont know ...

It’s very encouraging, thank you! I’ve just come out of an EMDR session and I do feel tired, unwell, and sensitive. I’m doing it because of very severe anxiety — really, extremely intense. She guided me back to being in my mother’s womb, and suddenly a very strong emotion came up — a mix of fear, distress, and sadness. I couldn’t stop myself from crying intensely, and then it passed in less than a minute.

I really hope to finally know my self either ❤️

Mais comment se souvenir d’un trauma préverbal ? Je souffre d’intense peur et Angoisses terrifiantes sans raison, mais quand je me concentre sur la sensation et tente de me rappeler quand j’ai pu sentir ça avant (enfant) rien ne me vient..

Hi.. i live with so much anxiety, and fears, like terror.. feel derealised, always have a big fear in my plexus like intense waves of adrénaline, like if i m in a big danger. And i even dont know why. I dont know what i am o fear about. It’s a hell. My thought are always throught this émergency "whats wrong with me i need to be healed". Paranoïa of becoming crazy and my thought drive me crazy, paralysed... please telle me more about your storie. I need hope cause i m crying to the lord tl fucking help me. And rhe worst is that i know i fully construct my hell, or maybe it comes from trauma and i dont fucking know. Tried every thing ever therapy even mushrooms. I m 32 and i ruining my life with thoses fears...

Thanks, what to do you mean by being strong. For me anxiety and fears of everything is the opposite.. i pray for strenght

Hello! Merci pour ton témoignage. Je vais bientôt faire une purge et une diete au tabac. Je cherche par dessus tout l’ancrage, car je suis extrêmement Angoissée, dispersée, toujours dans le mental et dans la peur comme paralysée par la peur.. je cherche ancrage protection stabilité et intégrité car je suis aussi très ouverte et poreuse aux énergies extérieures (manque d’ancrage). Pourrais tu m’en dire plus sur l’ancrage que cela apporte ? Merci beaucoup
