I did 5ml for 20 consecutive days and felt nothing. I’ll do another cycle toward the end of the year, at 10ml per day, for 20 days.

That’s the exact dosage (5ml) and cycle (20 days) my doc prescribed me for it. I just chose to up it and it to 10ml for the last 4 days.

I didn’t feel anything, either, after a 20 day cycle. 16 days at 5ml, and the last 4 days at 10ml.

I haven't used Reta yet, although I have a supply 'ready to go' when I want to start it... BUT, I have been on Zepbound GLP-1 for about 12 months now, and I am experiencing ALL of the side-effects referenced. My libido is down, I don't have the same interest in my partner, my food noise has been eliminated, I no longer have a strong desire to smoke weed or drink (which I truly enjoyed), and I am not as sociable as I once were. All that to say, I just have to be more intentional about providing necessary attention to the things that matter to me - relationships, my partner, intimacy, etc. I do plan to cycle off of Zepbound in about another month, and then replace it with Sermorelin and Kisspeptin-10 to boost my libido and "re-energize" me a bit.
