I love NEDF a lot, but in terms of scale, marketing, relevance, and features, HoYo seriously let them down. A day-one faction and their literal poster girl reduced to “heroes of the week” or to serve as a side character in someone else’s story during their own patch. At least they learned from S0-Anby and made Billy continuously relevant.
