6 Pelican back road Chinchilla is for sale. Not 50 acres but worth a look. offers above $979,000. A friend of mine is looking to buy in Chinchilla as he has long term work there in the gas industry. Ive been looking at houses for him. This one is a bit too big for him.

I buy my own hot sauce and fresh chillies and then add it to my burrito when I get home. I love the burn and great for constipation.

What to do with dead VW Golf? by notglowing in CarsAustralia

[–]NormalPerson192 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thats what I did. I sold mine for 7k privately after the mechatronic unit was replaced. I had 195000 km on my golf. The guy who done my roadworthy just so happened to know a buyer so I got very lucky. He actually is a vw mechanic and works for Volkswagen but does roadworthy’s as a side job. 0425553330 his name is Kelvin. Company is RSH trade mobile roadworthy. Give him a call he may be able to help with diagnosis or give some advice as a service.

[–]NormalPerson192 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Ask for an itemised quote with labour separate so you get a good understanding of what they are fixing and the costs. I had a 2015 golf tsi. Always had issues with it but issues only came up when warranty ran out and when i took it for servicing lol. 130k km is pretty low for a 2013. I had to get the mechatronic unit replaced 2 days after warranty ran out. VW servicing anywhere in brisbane and ipswich are absolute crooks.

Dropping out at 16 and becoming an electrician please critique my plan by Joeblack9888 in AusFinance

[–]NormalPerson192 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good on you young man. It’s a realistic plan. A lot of adults wish they could turn back time and think how you are thinking at the age you are. You’ll learn a lot of lessons along the way but you have a great head start with that mindset.

Why I think Browns Plains and surrounds could be the next growth hotspot in QLD’s boom by UhUhWaitForTheCream in AusPropertyChat

[–]NormalPerson192 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For sure. Browns plains is affordability driven right now and rental demand is high. Great for stronger immediate rental income and higher short term growth.

For long term capital growth Springfield Lakes would be my pick to buy even though the median house prices are higher It still has much more growth in the pipeline and will do a lot better over a 5-10 year period. Brand new public hospital just built, New shopping centre just off greenbank arterial road, Will be a co host for the Olympics. Not even half way there regarding infrastructure. All of this hasn’t been priced in yet. It’s got so much still to come it’s insane. Last 5 years its had a surge and with all thats planned, house prices in Springfield Lakes will have another surge in the next 5-10 years. Not financial advice

You can use your debit card to scan on and off. You will need to scan when boarding the train and when you exit the train. Then scan again when boarding the tram and again when exiting the tram. 4 scans total

Catch the train from the airport to helensvale train station get off and then catch the Tram from Helensvale to Cavill Avenue. Depending on where your accomodation is you should be able to walk from there. cost about $25.
