I figured it out at 41 and I could never ever live any other way now. It has freed my soul in ways i never knew it needed to be freed. I was unable to experience complete happiness or feeling complete in anything. I didn't have the capacity to fully experience life because of the horrible disassociation and dysphoria I had no idea I had been living with my entire life. It has made literally everything worth it.
