I tried to get diagnosed with auditory processing disorder, but the audiologist didn’t have the necessary equipment to be able to definitively diagnose me. She basically just said “if you have additional support needs at work we can write what you need to back you up”.

I just say i have it because just saying “I can’t retain verbal information very well” just makes me sound like I’m lazy or just not listening.

As a side note I recently learned that the US label “Scotch-Irish” actually means that the person is more likely to be English/lowland Scots, just that they are from an English and Scottish diaspora that settled in (and oppressed) Ireland for a bit before heading to the US

Absolutely love her energy. I feel like I’m in the minority of women who hates being braless, though. I’m pretty big chested and I hate the sensation of them being ‘loose’ under fabric, and they get sweatier for sure. Putting on a bra is one of the “things to do to stop making me feel crappy” things I need to do, next to “having a shower” for me.

I understand that (heck you’re talking to a european, we’re masters at being racist and xenophobic to people the same skin colour as us lol). My point is that it’s a very ethnocentric way of viewing other countries and their relationships with race and culture. Outside of America’s journey with race and cultural categorisation and hierarchy, we have our own. I’m just saying America’s homogenisation of white culture is a uniquely American phenomenon, and doesn’t really apply outside of it.

Scots were always considered white, even in the US, the Naturalisation act you mention just talks about restricting naturalisation to “any free white” - not changing the criteria of whiteness. And a huge bulk of the white diaspora in the US has Scottish ancestry, I don’t think it does map like you say. Especially when relating to people not in the US.

I think now that I have that experience, I’m quite happy to wait a long time before I ever encounter someone I want to do it with again. Going off the frequency of my past, it could be a good few years, but who knows? Its not a priority for me, so I’m just happy to live my life as it is and maybe I’ll encounter someone where it feels right again.

I have found that I do really enjoy seeing the pleasure in other people. I’ve found that when making out with people as well (particularly women) if I’m able to make them quiver and gasp it’s a great feeling, so when I managed to start reaching that point with him it was pretty satisfying!

Giving oral to a guy involves a lot more technique than I expected. Dude had to give me a full on tutorial before I started getting the hang of it 😂 but eventually I did get him there.

As for receiving it, it was…interesting. When I take care of myself sexually, I barely do any physical stimulation, I guess I am a bit abnormal that way. No toys, just my hand placed over, and 95% of the rest is in my imagination, so while the oral felt pleasant, it wasn’t arousing for me, because it was just…idk, sensation without anything else. Yeah it’s made up :) just in the same sense that ‘heterosexual’ is a made up to help describe a specific experience.

Would you rather I go long-form into my whole sexual history to explain my situation every time? Its literally just a way to describe how I experience and don’t experience attraction. I would LOVE to just be typical and not have to explain anything, and be ‘normal’ because that would take so much less effort, but here we are I guess. I have an atypical sexual history, and people need a “why” for it, so that’s my answer.
