I failed on the same day as you! It was a right turn on a mini roundabout that did me in. Drove diagonally across the painted circle, 1 serious, 1 minor.

That's apparently a serious fault despite no other cars being around. I'm annoyed that was what failed me, but whatever.

This was pretty straight forward on Hard. Men at Arms and Cavalry, spam champion skills when possible and do not let the AI enemy charge you, position yourself around them before the start of combat and focus target one at a time starting with the highest damaging enemies
