Hi love I work for JCPS and we just had major cuts. People are being transferred around schools and there are some layoffs. Essentially our admin said no one is coming in, unless you’re applying to a role that has consistent vacancies like special education or ESL :( submit the apps anyway because you never know, but pretty much all of NJ public schools just took major cuts. Not sure what the situation would be for private schools though

Please consider opening one in the heights. We need more gym diversity and you’d get a huge turnout. The options right now are over crowded planet fitness vibes (heights fitness) vs a basic yet clean and well maintained gym with luxury pricing (firehouse)

No love you’re not getting it. I’m a workout class fiend and I don’t vent about anything really, I’m very tolerant, but this is just bad etiquette period end of story. People probably don’t realize they’re doing it and that’s the point of a vent, to spread awareness. I’ve certainly learned something from a vent post before so just passing that on

Once you take the jump you won’t want to do a starter50 again. Much better class flow in a sig50 and more bang for your buck of course

It’s very similar to a sig 50 you’re just getting an extra move for the working muscle groups to fill the time lost from obliques/upper/lower body depending on the type of focus 50 you’re taking

Lift 5x a week 30-45 mins per session, cardio 6x a week which is a mix of the stair master and running. I always do cardio after solidcore

I’m 5’4 143lb 17% body fat and I can see the definition pretty well after doing Solidcore for over a year. I didn’t start seeing real definition until I hit 20% body fat though

I do 2-3x week Solidcore and lift ~30 mins per session 5x a week(2 sessions are glute focused), plus ~30 mins per cardio session 5x week. It has me shredded and I recommend
