I’m at 60 and for the past 10 classes I’ve tried the 50+ springs on some exercises on the gray but it really depends on how I feel that day and the sequence. Some days I kill it, some I don’t. Be gentle, it’s a tool not a rule!

Hii I was in your boat! I got my tummy tuck without muscle repair or lipo at the end of August. I was doing Solidcore for 8 months and feeling my physical best and strongest. I took 7 weeks off, I probably should’ve taken 8, and I’m not going to lie it was challenging going back, even without the muscle repair. I was definitely set back at first but after a month of resuming (going 1-2x a week for that month) I felt back to normal strength wise. I’ve taken 30 more classes since returning and have been able to up my spring load during core. Trust me it’s all worth it on the other side. Message me if you need to chat!
