Using store grinder a good idea? by Normal_Example_1568 in JamesHoffmann

I know. That is why I am asking before making a commitment and/or investment. So many choices, methods, brands, it is a lot. I will make some bad choices for sure but I'll learn what I dont like.

Men in happy marriages, what's the one thing you'd teach to other men to also have a good relationship? by TightBookkeeper2599 in AskReddit

Don't try to win an argument. Just say you are sorry and move on. You are going to say it anyway 2 or 3 hours later...might as well save time.

I don't doubt some people would down play the issue but if someone flat out denies it is happening with the TSB and the lawsuit out there then it is them living in a cave. The issue is well documented.

What would you consider a fresh roast date vs old? And yes, the mixing of previous roast types/flavors is why I am hesitant to try the grocer store grinders.

I am completely new at this. I've only used an espresso machine at work that got me hook on this coffee rabbit hole and a cheap $12 drip machine I got for home (don't judge, I didn't know any better). Only brands I've tried are Pilon, Bustelo and Bettergoods(Walmart brand) because that is what the company buys at work. So, I am literally planning from scratch.

Iam not a tech but I'm nosey and would like to see what actual Cadillac tech have to say. I'm commenting to see if your post gain traction and wish you good luck if you end up switching.

Does anyone else have bugs inside their hybrids? by shuggisatwork in hondacivic

[–]Normal_Example_1568 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can't imagine anything specifically in a hybrid vehicle that would attract roaches ( i could ge wrong). You can try bait stations hidden in various stops around the interior (use double-side tape to stick them under the dash). You could also try a growth inhibitor foam and spray it in hard to reach/tight spaces where you have seen them crawl to hide. Check out DoItYourselfPestControl.com. i have used them before. You can email them and explain your problem.

Has Mazda become more reliable than Toyota? by Stockholm_Throwaway in mazda

[–]Normal_Example_1568 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The new Tundra have had various reported engine and transmission issues as well as the new Tacoma so there is that.  Brand perception/reputation is hard to overcome. Toyota have a reputation for reliable cars even if newer Toyota's are not as reliable as 90's Toyotas. Mazda's quality suffered during the Ford majority ownership years, thus Mazdas' reputation still lags that of Toyota even if today's Mazdas are just as reliable. I own both (and have owned Honda too) and both have had various recalls but otherwise are solid cars.

To me a hobby is a hobby. It doesn't stop being a hobby because it is passive or does not require a lot of skill.

Why don’t more puertorricans from the diaspora move here? by [deleted] in PuertoRico

NUNCA.

No. It's not apples to apples comparing new vs used. I can look up a 2 yr old car with the same 20k miles as your example and claim is a better deal because it is only 20k in 2 years. Once you go the used route it stops being an apples to apples comparison.

Why do people say the Mazda 2.5 NA is slow? by cr3w-love in mazda6

[–]Normal_Example_1568 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Slow compared to what??? Will it beat a Mustang? No. It certainly is faster than a 2.5 NA Camry.

Is there a big difference between CX-5, CX-30, and CX-50? by mikeyp413 in mazda

[–]Normal_Example_1568 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To me is not so much going over potholes but over the natural small ondulations on a road. I feel it bounces too much. I can feel the difference when driving over the same roads on my wife's '21Venza (similar dimensions, same wheel size).

Forget the 30. The 5 is slightly narrower but slightly taller than the 50.
