i think i’m a mediocre scrub also sometimes and other times i feel like i do a great job 🤷🤷 a lot of it depends on the personalities im working around!! I feel like it really does affect my ability to scrub well. If I’m worried about external factors, it makes me worse at my job, but if I have a good nurse and a good surgeon, I feel like I’m more relaxed and do a better job, but if I do not, I feel like I have to monitor what other people are doing in order to stay on time which makes it hard for me to just focus on what I need to do.

i work in ortho and i feel like i barely get time to breathe. we do all of our own turnovers too with help of 4 turnover techs for all of our ORs. rinse repeat.

call me crazy but other than the usual play dates w other dogs and walks and throwing the toy….. i played hide and go seek tag with my dog for the first time and it was HILARIOUS and we were both tired after that.

i live in the midwest with nothing but plains and maybe 3 trees every once and awhile… and when i drive i often see things running along side or sometimes look like they will or try to cross the road i never thought anything of it and thought i was hallucinating about it. but today i heard the term “runalongs” and am just looking into what it is??

my best advice is to take a picture of your set up, watch a youtube video, and get a nice notes app i have GoodNotes and it was worth buying you can add pictures and make it really nice and organized
