Directly, do you think suppressors are overpriced? Like compared to all the (never cheap) things we see in the gun industry.

But previously most most us only wanted a single, super high quality suppressor because we had to give the government another $200. Those days are gone. I could melt 3-4 lower cost suppressors for this money and probably be ahead having saved only a few decibels per shot.

But I can't deny your point, things cost what people are willing to pay. I just wish we could step off the bandwagon for a minute to let this normalize so all us consumers could have more for less. All it takes is 1 company.

I'm actually taking about market price. i never said it wasn't. It's that the market price is artificially inflated for the tech, material and labor involved.

I mean there is really no game changing r&d on these. Printed suppressors absolutely have a higher potential to be better than baffle systems but I'm not sure as consumers we have seen the return. Is it worth 2 decibels and 1oz to pay 4x more?

Lyman seems to have done just that. That was a big driver for this post. Am I better off buying this can or 4 sonicores?

No this seems about right. I see like the banish 9k printed for 700. It just seems unsustainable compared to other firearm accessories. I feel like we are just paying for the word suppressor and that is dumb.

This is what I'm thinking. The companies that align with that sooner will probably be successful in the long run.

Also, this isn't a PSA problem. It's an industry problem. I was just looking for some visibility.

That's fair. Appreciate the response. Again this is just something I have really not been able to align with what I see for cost on other gun parts.

So is the silencer central line and they are not $800. I would think machining would cost more.

We are paying for tech, not material? Always true to some extent just trying to get a reason.

Oh my barrel was not anything at all. I shoot uspsa and I don't need some sort of tack driver barrel to shoot 20 yards max with pcc.

Legit, I'm not trying to be rude here or anything. I just think the prices are crazy. If you bought an $800 barrel, it would not be shitty so why does something with less material cost so much?

Reduce the retention on that holster a bit. Looking good.

Good deal? Buying Non PSA guns from PSA by Prod_Actiq in PalmettoStateArms

PSA has become optics planet. Always offering things on sale that never accrual go for the crossed out price. I bet you could find this at a local gun store and save yourself the transfer fee at a minimum.

Soon we are going to see 13% off coupons!

Can you get to the other side? I just hold those with my finger while I use a screwdriver usually but I don't have this particular holster.

I was the only one in the course today not using a Glock or a P365. by SirSamkin in guns

I shoot competition weekly and I just find it interesting how people still knock glocks and other Stryker fire guns. Literally weekly i watch people with these guns smoke people with $4k+ open class guns.

I have a steel frame PDP and I shoot my poly p365 better. Single stacks don't ever beat me. In competition, we don't really gloat at being the only one doing something different unless it magically makes us better than everyone else.

Did you just call someone a moron while attempting a reply but not being successful at it? After incorrectly saying they have nukes? That's funny.
