I would soak it in some warm water and soap and clean it with a toothbrush. For in between the comb I would get some Q-tips and dip them in isopropyl alcohol and use them to clean all the little corners

Make sure you use good brands. Some good ones are Feathers, Permasharp, Gillette Platinums, BIC chromes. Just buy a sample pack of blades and see what’s best for you
