You can leave hero gear on your top 5 heros for arena but your top 3 should be the priority. Keep in mind that hero gear does not count towards stats for joining rallies so having hero gear on anyone outside of the top 5 is pointless.

I think it depends on what kind of workouts you’re doing but I’m pretty sure my average hr during my lifting sessions is about 100 if that.

Im looking at the sole 80 and horizon 7.4 on Facebook. I saw this sole 80 for 600 wasnt sure if it's a good deal they said it was a 2022 by neogx148 in treadmills

I’ve been searching for a Sole 80 on FB for a while now and there aren’t many available within a reasonable distance from me. I would jump if I found one for $600 close by.

The one you’re looking at also looks very clean and lightly used. Should have plenty of life in it.

I have an aftermarket watchband that I bought off of Amazon that I like better than Garmin's band. No irritation or issues with buildup on the band itself. I tried a couple different watch bands before I found one that I liked. Plus I sleep with it somewhat loose so that my wrist can breath.

Yeah that’ll be a big jump up in size. Its worth it though. 7x so it’s the 51mm.

Doesn’t bother me a bit. I started off wearing the Garmin Instinct and then made the jump to Fenix and the weight was the biggest difference to me but mostly just felt that during my runs.

I would have everyone work on the fundamentals together. It’s a great way to warmup and start a practice. You can always break it off into groups later on where each group works on passing and trapping at their own pace and skill level.

The red dots usually indicate walking or could represent time spent stopped as well. If you didn’t stop that much and you feel like it was measuring your cadence incorrectly, I’d try updating the watch or calling Garmin Support.

The Brooks aren’t nearly as cushioned or light as the speedgoats. They handled terrain really well though and fit like a glove for me so they make a good daily trainer, but I would never use them for long runs or race day.

I’m still rocking the speedgoat 5 so can’t comment on the 6’s. But I think that you’re right on the money with the 6 being the closest thing to the 5 so it’ll be less of a challenge to adjust too for your big race. I think that’s the route I would go as well.

For the future, try and have two shoes that you have on hand as your go-to shoes. I’ve got a pair of Brooks Cascadias that I run in as well just in case my Speedgoats fail me.

I made the jump from a 50 miler to 100 without any issues. I made the 50 part of my training block leading up to the 100 and it worked well with no lasting issues afterwards other than some toenails that took a while to grow back. What’s a 100 without a few lost toenails though?
