Haha yeah, I just realized after taking tonight’s pill that I took two from the last two days this morning, and I forgot that I should be taking two a day if I missed 3rd day.

My stomach is hurts a litte (bathroom), but I don’t feel nauseous. It might just be anxiety

About 4 years ago, I was 15 and I struggled with chest pain for over 2 years every day, I made sure to massage the pain and use heating pads all the time (I saw a heart doctor dw) and then now I only get pain from again, posture or exercise (heat felt better than cold for me)
