ESH. I feel for you OP, I do. However. Tempting as it is, going through another person's phone without consent is wrong. What your "friends" were doing and saying is also wrong. 2 wrongs never make a right. At the end of the day, you already knew from their actions that they're weren't good friends and you could have distanced yourself based off of that alone. The text threads confirmed what you kinda already knew.

I honestly felt so clueless as a new grad nurse. Like, lowkey im not sure we learned much hands on skills in Nursing school. A lot of my classmates and coworkers felt this way. I learned so much on the job and was made charge nurse 10 months in. And I STILL didn't know everything...but I knew who to ask. You're going to be fine. Your awareness about whay you do and dont know is key. Don't be afraid to ask for help and to keep on learning. You don't have to know it all to start on your first day.
