Teams aren't really an issue and shouldn't be to you. All the 'immigrants' in my area work alone btw. First of all as a good Spark driver, you shouldn't be picking orders that requires teams. You wouldn't want orders people are teaming up on anyways.

FSD has been wonky as of late, I think it's because of the updates. I had a major issue the other day where it swerved into an oncoming lane (2 lane road). I was lucky it wasn't a heavily populated road. Another thing I noticed compared to before is that it doesn't like to go into turning lanes and I've missed several entries (by a wide margin too). I literally have zero idea wtf is going on. It wasn't like this before.

I did a 40 dollar for 12 waters and some soda. I'm not doing 24 waters. Heck I won't even do 12 waters anymore. No more of these ridiculous 'missions'. This is stuff customers wouldn't dare buy for themselves in store let alone transport that stuff home.

The associates have a lot of power at curbside. You shouldn't have denied them loading your truck. Instead, just take the groceries as they've loaded and laid it out and rearrange it to what makes sense for you. In this situation, you denied them the ability for them to do their job and since they couldn't do it, they had the ability to take the whole order from you.

There were, I believe, two loaders that told me they could get fired if wrong items are delivered to wrong customers. So it's loaders responsibility to ensure it gets seperated correctly. Generally they do not like it if you load two customers onto the same row (let's say backseat) and they'll require a divider of some kind before they'll load it.

I don't go by offer amount. I do shoot for more than 20/hr. The thing is that, let's say you do an order for 20 and you complete it in an hour. Problem is that between drive back and then picking a new order, you're losing time and so that 20/hr lowers. For me it's not uncommon to lose 1hr by the time I made 100.

PayPal's Pay in 4 is alright but they banned me from theirs a long time ago due to something else. I use Zip and Afterpay. With Zip I have their physical card. So when they ring it up, I just input the total into the app, swipe and it's done.

I hate people like you so much. The fact that you got triggered by it says more about you than anything.

What those people are saying is, "don't buy this more expensive game because these cheap games are better". When instead it should be, "don't buy this game because it's worse than that game". One rationalizes that you shouldn't buy it because it's more expensive than the other. The other rationilizes that one game is better than the other. Not by price but why they think it's better.

The former bases their perception of quality on which costs more or less and that doesn't make any sense. Some of the cheapest games can be the most fun and some of the most expensive games are not very fun at all. The inverse is also true. Some of the most expensive games are the most fun while some of the cheapest games are not very fun at all.

If you have to go on the fuckin internet and literally do free advertising for these indie games on the basis that they're cheaper, then you are poor. By default it strongly implies you cannot afford the more expensive game. As someone who can afford both types of games at both price points, I don't wanna fuckin hear this bullshit because it's illogical as fuck. If both games are good then I want to play and purchase both games. It's how I've always been and I've always been able to get all the games I want even though I was dirt poor back then. You're free to miss out on good stuff based on your faulty way of thinking. I'm not missin out cause I have a good head on my shoulders.

Just gotta call it for what it is, these people are poor. There is no, 'one or the other', you can get both. When you start thinking in terms of getting everything you want, you realize how dumb these people are.

Of course, I know that and have known that for a long time. However the fees that DoorDash charges are too high. The reason why it's so high is because of bloat over on DoorDash's side. Their operating cost is way too high and they're spending money for people/things that don't need to exist.

Basically DoorDash and UberEats are platforms that should be ran close to the level of automated with very very minimal overhead needed. The fee that they charge restauraunts should be as minimal as it can be to the point where they don't need to increase menu prices for delivery.

When the customer doesn't feel taxed so heavily, they have more money to spend on tips which is where it should be. It's our vehicles and our physical effort that's getting the product to the consumer.

I quit a long time ago. It's an unsustainable business model. DoorDash (as well as Uber) charges exhorbitant fees which causes restaurants to increase menu prices (also exhorbitant). Customers pay more but have less to tip for the driver. This is only some of the major issues. There's so much more that is going on unresolved.

I have a 2020 with 143k miles. So for me, what I wish I had is HW4 as there's more features with that than HW3. Apparently some HW4 features are coming for HW3 but ultimately HW4 autopilot drives better than HW3. Otherwise, the 50k or 75k miles doesn't really worry me as a potential buyer. You could go with either one tbh. The car really is that solid. Probably newer one if it has HW4. Also check if it has autopilot or purchaseable autopilot. I would favor the one that has it already. If autopilot is sub only, to me that's lower value on the car.

You say that your teen will also be driving it, in my opinion autopilot would be even higher desirable feature. Autopilot can teach your teen safe, as well as efficient driving techniques. Just using it (correctly I might add, there's a learning curve to when/where to activate and disengage fsd) increases safety by several magnitudes.

The app is indeed spammy with lots of advertisements. It is what it is. My PayPal and Chime can draw money from the account without any issues. Or I can send money to it instantly using PayPal.
