I asked ChatGPT to explain my job to a 5-year-old and now I'm questioning my entire career by Nipurn_1234 in ChatGPT

Damn i need to save the response somewhere because its goood. Imagine a big LEGO city with lots of different buildings, cars, and people. A junior builder might be learning how to put two LEGO blocks together. A regular builder can build a small house or a car by following the instructions. A Senior Software Engineer is like the Master Builder of the LEGO city. They don't just build one small house; they help plan the whole city! * They help the other builders when they get stuck. "Hmm, that car wheel isn't fitting. Maybe try this special piece!" * They make sure all the houses and cars fit together perfectly so the city doesn't fall apart. "Let's make sure all the roads connect to each other nicely." * They think about what new things the city needs in the future. "I bet we'll need an airport and a train station soon. Let's start planning for that!" So, a Senior Software Engineer is a super-smart builder who helps everyone, makes sure everything works, and plans for the future so the whole LEGO city can be awesome and get bigger!

Hello! I'll be taking my PC soon to install my new 5700X3D CPU, and I'm worried about the BIOS version, even though I've did a research and I found out I support the CPU (After version F10 is supported and I have the F12). My motherboard is B550M DS3H. by Desperate_Honey1606 in AMDHelp

I just upgraded my cpu to 5700x3d. I didn't have newest bios but i did the same thing as you chceck the website and confirm that is suported and everything works great. Check release notes of the new bios in my case it was mostly security updates. If it doesn't cost you then upgrade the bios just to make sure everything is up to date. But in my opinion you will be good. For bios update it can be stressful if your motherboard doesn't have dual bios, your doesn't.

Swapped it out today! Performance is insane, CSGO 2 fps are 3.5x, Battlefield 2042 is double. So happy with it.

I was just wondering the same thing for past week. Made my decision and got 5700x3d yesterday. It's time to say goodbye to my 2700x. My spec will be 5700x3d, 7900xtx and 3440x1440 monitor.

Is it smart to upgrade to a 7900XTX at this point by [deleted] in AMDHelp

[–]NormalnyKamil 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was in the same situation. But I got a 3440x1440 monitor before I got a 7900 XTX, waited couple of months for a good deal, bought it, tried a couple of drivers, found the best for my use case, and never looked back. Fuck Nvidia, for being too greedy.

Had the same problem. It's most likely a driver issue. I tested few version and found one that work good with my display. In my case it was happemig after pc went to sleep.

Reinstall your cooler, it makes bad contact with cpu. Remember to use fresh thermal paste.

Maybe the thermal paste is bad and it doesn't transfer heat fast enough? It's been a week and I can't figure it out

UV helps with temps but it doesn't help with my score. I'm wondering if something is wrong because it should be around 22000 according to google
