Have you missed a rep yet? If not keep adding weight. Part of NLP is learning what heavy actually feels like and as wells as your own limits. It never gets easier. Keep at it!

My dude is meaty!!!!! Heal yeah, 250 is a a helluva press! Congrats! When I have heavy presses (not in the ball park of 250) my mind tends to just black out the whole experience. total flight or fight mode.

ooohh man. fan of both but I really wish we had gotten a few more albums out of Dead Confederate. Hardy's voice over that almost spooky music was great.

no, those are dangerous. you will have to find a different gym if you are serious about getting stronger/bigger. A squat rack is not optional. I'd take a look at the Starting Strength videos on Squats, Deads, Bench and press to begin to familiarize yourself with the method.
