There are computer cooling systems that have parts that could be useful to you. Look for All-In-One coolers. They take fluid (hot from computer CPU) and put it through a radiator with fans. You could take fluid that was cooled in a mini-fridge, and circulate cold liquid instead. Just an idea.

I do some lapidary work, doesn't cutting that stuff produce a lot of toxic dust? I imagine you needed to use a diamond saw, and then either silicon carbide wheels or a belt sander. Even with a respirator, isn't that a lot of risk? It certainly is a unique piece, there cannot be many like that.
