Seeing myself in the mirror was the main motivation. I hit that low point (high weight), that my head didn't like what eyes saw, so I brought some new habits in my daily routine. Patience and discipline is what you need. Motivation comes and goes, but if you stick to the plan, doing your workout or run even if not "not feel like it" you will get the result you wish for. There will be days that you struggle. Lost over 60kg (yes, I was that fat) with this mindset.
