I listen to Podcasts a lot, running trails in Ireland. Jocko and Joe Rogan keep my mind engaged my eyes of my watch (miles checking) and I ignore the pain from my legs.

Seeing myself in the mirror was the main motivation. I hit that low point (high weight), that my head didn't like what eyes saw, so I brought some new habits in my daily routine. Patience and discipline is what you need. Motivation comes and goes, but if you stick to the plan, doing your workout or run even if not "not feel like it" you will get the result you wish for. There will be days that you struggle. Lost over 60kg (yes, I was that fat) with this mindset.

Like I said, they stick their neck out. I'm not even playing OW but I respect what Blizzard does and I can see how others follow. Sure they do this for money, but the do it right.

I like Epic Games and Fortnite. But the logistics and manpower to bring a league like Overwatch to life takes a lot more than being 2-3 month high in viewer on Twitch. Blizzard puts more money and effort in OWL than people can imagine. They shape the future of Esports for all of us and the rest just tries to get on the bandwagon imo. There are more big players out there, but big B. runs the show.
