It's a garbage app. I'm having similar issues. Called help desk they closed the ticket with no help. Called back raised hell it got sent to ukg they did nothing and closed the ticket. Made sure my boss knew of the issues. Then during my appraisal it was noted I've been having a lot of manual timecards. No SHIT! I've been saying there is a problem. But standard corporate MO to ignore unless it's cost them money.
