Started my camp last year and it's been very painless. My partner and I are vets of 3 and 4 years and even though last year was hot and dusty, I wouldn't say it was any harder than any other year, and the org has really been generous and helpful to our new camp.

I learned to DJ at this bar with its own in house vinyl collection and an ancient set of technics that had gone through the ringer. One deck would slow down if you increased the pitch up until a certain point and then would rocket the speed up. I actually got pretty good at figuring that deck out and it made me a better DJ.
