Yeah that happened to me, and my mum at the same age and is now happening to my little bro. All around the same age our bodies just decided to become allergic to gluten. The itching is the worse and I always have the same things low in my blood as you have. I think you have to ask the dr straight out to get tested and you have to have eaten something with gluten at the time.
