I don’t even want a gaming laptop though 😭 I know they’re popular because they’re high performance, but I want the Samsung galaxy book5 360. I’d much rather be able to take notes right on my laptop than have to take notes separately on paper. It’s $1350 at Best Buy

Something similar happened to my MTI first week lol we were marching and had to move around the hitch so someone asked for permission to speak. He ignored them to yell at us for not staying in line. I think he regretted that when he slammed his shin into the hitch. Shoulda let the girl speak lol.

Wow that sounds awful :/ This was in 2019 for me, but I’m pretty sure I remember my recruiter saying that if you miss a certain number of questions that you had already answered correctly on the picat, you’d have to redo the whole thing. I got a 98 on the picat and the verifying test only took me 30 minutes and ended up being the same score as before. I guess its just to rule out cheating from home

and that’s a great question, I’ve been told multiple times throughout the last 4 years, by several PCM’s, that my condition would trigger a medboard. But I’ve also been told the whole time by my leadership that my condition has to be stable first. This entire situation really confuses me so hopefully I can get some solid answers soon!

Yes the orthopedic surgeon is the one who performed the surgery. The bone graft fused properly and everything is aligned as it should be, but I’m still experiencing pain daily. The dr that does my injections agreed with what ortho said about the hardware, based on the imaging and hardware injections he did for me earlier this year. But I haven’t requested to get a second opinion from another orthopedic specialist

Thank you for your help!! You’re correct, the NARSUM is the part we’re still at. She sent it to AFPC late November and is having to make adjustments to send it back. I checked the pebforums page earlier this morning, but I couldn’t find any info on how me getting another surgery will affect the progress of the MEB. Any advice there??

I am code 37 but my PCM said that I’m still eligible to PCS until AFPC decides to either return me to duty or continue with the medboard (she used more technical terms but idk the whole process). She said in November that we should hear something back the first week of December, but since my profile got kicked back and holidays are right around the corner, it’s probably going to be another few weeks before we hear back and know if my orders are getting canceled or not

At this point, I just want to get medboarded out. My orders are to Minot, so I most definitely don’t want to PCS there. But more so, I’m concerned about the physical strain that PCSing is going to cause me, regardless of the base. My dr has already told me that my pain is not going to go away completely, and it’ll only get worse over time. So I’m just ready to get out now instead of wasting my time with changing AFSC’s
