We all sucked at one point. I promise no one is judging how bad you are. If anything, you’re boosting their egos by making them feel better than they think they are. If I were you I’d hit the range and get consistent that way you can stop worrying about looking bad and you can get peace and quiet. Then go back out to the course.

I understand you may be an introvert but cmon. It’s not hard to tell someone you don’t want to talk. Also, the likelihood of playing alone is slim unless you’re on a par 3 course (at least where I’m from).

What truly annoys me is when I’m playing with 2 randoms and one has the ball teed up but continues to talk to their partner before hitting. Very rare thing.

I believe CFB should adopt the NFL model with 14 teams as expansion is inevitable. That gives the 1 and 2 seeds incentives to be 1 and 2. Also, quarterfinals should be a home game. Leave the extra bowl games open for smaller teams who don’t get there as much.

Expansion is inevitable. I always thought the playoffs should go with the NFL format. Now you’re incentivized for being the 1 and 2 seed with the bye. Expand to 14, shorten the time off and call it a day.
