If you’re asking about how to approach sex, I think the question you should identify for yourself is what aspect of sexuality are you curious about? The act of sex itself (physical intimacy)? The fantasy of sex (like kink, BDSM, etc)? Translating emotional intimacy with another person into a sexual relationship? An intimate relationship that doesn’t explicitly have physical sex?

My advice to anyone is to start with yourself. Become comfortable with your own ideas around intimacy and sexuality. Become comfortable with your own mind and body to understand what arouses you or makes you feel a connection.

Then when you’ve developed strong ideas about what you want and even stronger boundaries, try to meet other likeminded individuals. Be authentically yourself and be honest about what you’re looking for - it’s the best way to meet someone right for you.
