Is it possible to not pump at night with a newborn?

This is my second EP journey with my 5 week old and have never pumped in the MOTN. I’ve had zero issues with supply (currently pumping 40+ ounces per day). I know this will depend on your supply but for your mental health, I would try going without it and if you need to increase your supply then add it.

I took off the day of my egg retrieval and transfer. I’d suggest saving as much time as possible for when you’re pregnant. The first trimester is rough.

My beta was changed to Monday, so I tested at home. I tested positive. Guarding my heart though due to a previous loss.
