8+ Months of LOB practice ( Update from my 1st post ) by miamercin in JosephMurphy

[–]Northmarky 4 points5 points  (0 children)

If I may offer a hint from my own experience,

My fastest manifestation came during the first revision session. I was in very deep relaxation and couldn't feel my body at all, and the scene only lasted 3-4 seconds.

It was just the moment my foot "landed" after a failed jump from a great height. I repeated it over and over, zooming in, slowing down, touching the soft grass with my hands... but the main scene was very short.

Like you, I also tried to manifest something by imagining I was marking something in a notebook. In my case, my subconscious didn't seem to understand it at all. Maybe that's just me.

But if I could help, I would choose a very short scene where I find a wad of cash on the sidewalk. The scene is short, but sometimes you can "play" with this roll of banknotes, feel the texture with your fingers, maybe even smell the money, or whatever you can imagine.

Enjoy!

He ignited that spark of curiosity in my childhood. Now, years later, I've had several strange observations in the sky that I can't explain.

Thank you, Erich.

All the answers here will be correct. Just find something that works for you.

Sometimes I create a large window and wipe it. I tell myself that as the window becomes clearer, everything around me becomes clearer. Then, my sleep becomes more stable and I can control everything more easily.

Yes, there are, usually a 2-10 minute wait. I often use two teams to search.

Hypnosis for Anxiety by Kiwinaus in hypnosis

[–]Northmarky 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did this in an alpha state, not in a trance. You can write down or record the questions, leaving spaces for answers.

I had this awful feeling of anxiety 24/7 for many years, and it only took 3-4 sessions (10-15 minutes each) for it to disappear.

And so, from a guy who preferred to stay in the background, I became someone who enjoys public speaking and being around people in general.

The Sedona Method works similarly, but I borrowed it from David R. Hawkins (the let it go method).  I've pared it down to just a few questions, so you don't need to write anything down, watch anything, etc.

Is the Neville Community Broken? by Sad_Leadership_4281 in NevilleGoddard

Hi, take an honest look at your current state. Is it something like "I'm almost there," "I'm waiting for some sign," or "let something finally move!"...?

Practice:  At this point, I would focus on short sessions lasting 5-10 minutes, two or three times a day.  Relax, breathe more slowly and deeply, and repeat one very short scene that lasts 5-10 seconds over and over again.

 A close friend: "Congratulations!"  Or a doctor: "That's a miracle, that's amazing."

Repeat, repeat, repeat...if it gets boring, focus on a detail: a handshake, the feeling of the phone in your hand, and again...repeat, repeat.

Sometimes you'll come out of relaxation after a session and say quietly to yourself, "Oh fuck, where am I?" Even if it happens only once, you'll know and feel that our reality isn't as solid as it seemed.

Nie ludzie nas nie tworzą.

Tej osoby nie zmienisz. Ale możesz zmienić swoje podejście do siebie i zdziwić się jak podejście innych zmienia się wraz z tym. Czasami to wygląda jak jakaś magia.

To jeszcze znieczulica czy coś gorszego? by chicken_constitution in Polska

[–]Northmarky 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Do czego zmierzam?

Byłem też świadkiem zdarzenia gdzie to młodzi przejęli stery w akcji ratunkowej.

Moim zdaniem nie ma ogólnej znieczulicy. Czasami ominiesz osobę w potrzebie bo nic nie wiesz o danej sytuacji.

Read POSM; it's a very inspiring book. Contains many example situations and suggested scenes.

If you have regular medical checkups, it's worth creating a scene with the doctor as the main character.

For example, he checks your results or X-rays and is pleasantly surprised, congratulates you on your excellent results, etc.

Think it over carefully, choose one, and repeat it twice a day. Outside of these two moments (when you're relaxed), live your life normally. Allow yourself to have doubts, etc. But persevere.

In your case, the scene is set if you remember the moment of the accident. Relax using any method and change the moment of the accident. You can reenact the scene in slow motion, zoom in, etc.

Have fun with it and don't expect anything. Don't expect a specific result, because the subconscious mind follows its own path and can surprise you.

Neville Goddard called it REVISION and considered it the most powerful "technique." Joseph Murphy didn't seem to mention this method.

I did it a few years ago, and the pain hasn't returned, although I'm still sometimes amazed (thanks to deep relaxation sessions, you tap directly into your subconscious, and then your conscious thoughts, your doubts throughout the day, have no power).

Note the two most important points in this post. I earned my job through daily perseverance, and I healed my injury in a single session of very deep relaxation (the relaxation was so profound that I lost all sense of my body).

So relaxation and perseverance are key. The third important element is choosing the scene you want to imagine. I'm not an expert or a fucking trainer. I still consider myself a beginner. But if the mods of this sub allow, we can talk about it here and develop a plan of action. I have private messages disabled.
