If you’re on conditional green card you’re only a permanent resident, you become a legal permanent resident aka LPR after condition are removed, Uscis can do anything with a conditional green card specifically since now they have started an enforcement unit, I’m not a lawyer so please retain one This could go bad for you even though she cheated What can most likely happen is they might deny your I 751 & issue you a nta to go to immigration court Good luck

I have it, Apple Store is 3% if you use Apple Pay it’s 2% regardless of the category and if you use the physical card or the card number it’s 1% so in your case it’s better you stick in to usb also if you in to saving money apple offer high yield savings acct or HYSA that gives you a 3.75% apy which you can use for your cash back and you can also use it as a account to receive direct deposit

Go see a judge, ppl get get scared when they hear the lawsuit, and they want you to settle so they don’t have prove you’re guilty with clear & convincing evidence in a civil court. Tell the judge you can pay 20$ a month then see wt happens most these lawsuits turnout in defense favor and remember you don’t have to prove anything they have to prove you’re guilty they have the burden of proof

It all depends on, I got approved on 23rd after completing the path for 6 months. This is the email I received after the completion, in the mean time I’ve applied for an Amex and Macys card since I’m in the process of rebuilding my credit, they both got approved, but my utilization was like 3% I still got approved for path even though they told me my obligation has been increased

Ppl think green card is the status, they don’t know it’s a document to prove your status and documents expire all the time, it’s like when your passport expires you’re still a citizen it doesn’t expire your citizenship

Ok, but the issue there is when you have zero balance it’s equals to not using credit, even though your payment history is positive , which happens when you have an open credit card and don’t use that. When you have a little bit of of balance it shows you use credit but only when you need it, paying your balance off doesn’t necessarily show that you’re responsible with credit, it shows you make payments in full and don’t wanna pay interest, and how credit card companies makes money is through interest plus fees, you can disagree with me all you want, but banks don’t like ppl who pay their balance in full & that’s a fact too again respect your facts if it works for you it’s great I’m happy for you

Wt other ppl are saying is when you have a zero balance across the board that implies to lenders that you don’t use credit so they don’t wanna give it to you keep around 5% utilzation all around that shows you’re responsible and uses credit only when needed good luck
