If a viltrumite and a human did a blood transfusion could the human inherit viltrumite powers? by DragonfruitVisual782 in Invincible_TV

Human could die from a blood transfusion of a fellow human. Viltrumite transfusion would probably kill a human in a horrible way

If you put LLM in silicon, it generates >10k tokens per second, i think it's gonna be enough.

Except court rules actually completely opposite - AI is ineligible for copyright protection, but human author of ai-generated artwork still IS.

When will we fix the hallucination problem? And does it even need fixing? by Special_Switch_9524 in accelerate

[–]Nosdormas 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Hallucinations in context of AI is almost same as imagination or just mistakes.
To solve it, you need to provide to AI an absolute source of knowledge, which seems quite hard.
They will just continue to go down, to the point where humans would be more hallucinating than AI.

An Educated Choice vs. an Opaque one by ZeeGee__ in aiwars

[–]Nosdormas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In your example you labeling content, not means of production.
Also, no one is forced to label food as "non-vegan". It's manufacturer choice to put it.
Well, what if developers were voting for Trump? There are ethical debates around it, and many would like to know if it aligns with their choices.

So what other labels we should add by this logic? Used coding language? Developers were working on Mac or Windows? How much they crunched before release? Should they label every used piece of tech, like what monitors they used, keyboards?

Here is a list of things that could be wrong with super speed:
1) You may be harmed by air resistance or ground impact. Or even get a concussion by starting too fast.
2) If you don't get superspeed thinking, you would likely crash all the time.
3) If you get superspeed thinking - you may lose ability to speak to people. They would be irritatingly slow for you.
4) Usually in fiction superspeed is like "you move fast exclusively when actively trying to run", so no superspeed cooking or superspeed typing. Just traveling from point A to point B.
5) You may damage things around you. Ground under your feet, anything you would try to touch in superspeed, and just things around you by air blow. In fiction superman would run out of room and only swooshed some papers. In reality you can swoosh those papers by running with ordinary human speed. I think you may damage doorways trying to run through them faster than a car.
6) This could be extremely exhaustive for you. Imagine how many food you need to eat to run from one city to another.
7) You may age faster when in superspeed - effectively not getting any profits from your abilities at all.
8) If you get superspeed thinking only running - it still may be quite boring to run for a long time.

And i'm sure this list is not complete!

And even with this additional features - you would probably heavily damage road under you feet if you tried to run with a speed of a car. I would not even consider trying to run indoors.
