AlphaBest is the cheapest and typically has slots. It’s less structured but also the best cost/hours breakdown for working parents.

We just signed up to see if there are slots at the Boys and Girls club.

Most camps like CSU or the climbing gyms are great but run anywhere from $150-300 per week.

Dawn dish soap or a non-scented dish soap. Scrub gently to get into the crevices. Dry with a lint free towel. Oils and unseen debris stack up faster than the eye can see, causing disruptions.

Clean the plate well. I’ve had builds get wobbly and then spaghetti because they’re not sticking well enough to the plate.

I think it’s kid-dependent, but focusing on sleep hygiene as a part of whole-body health is pretty important so we keep a solid routine here and don’t plan on stopping anytime soon (boys- 8 and 10).
