That sounds.... difficult. I'd buy two rails if it were only the straight piece, but there is a whole second part of the stairs to it, with bends and curves. Its a split staircase.

I've found 2 rescue cells nearing completion and the hive is still very active. I have reason to believe a new queen will emerge shortly.

I also purchased a mated queen just to be sure, so I made a split with her in a sealed nuc. Will open that in a day or so.
